This bot is designed to help you create and manage support tickets. Here's how to use it:
/start - Start a new ticket creation process or check existing ones.
/status - Check the status of your open ticket and view updates.
/history - View your archived tickets and conversation history.
You can initiate a new support ticket by selecting a service from the options provided. Once submitted, your ticket will be assigned an ID for future reference. Our team will then get in touch with you through this chat.

So how does it work?
You start a ticket using the /start command. Once once done, you can use submit your ticket using a text or a voice message, ora file with it. Once done, we respond to it and you can check it via the chat. You will get a notification when the status is changed and you can check this using the /status command. Once it is closed, you can give us feedback to help us improve.
You can check your old tickets using the /history command.
